Inside TGOI

The whole office, on one system

TGOI answering a question inside the office chat thread

Office chat

One room, and the AI is in it

Your whole office talks in one place. Mention @tgoi and it answers from your files and projects, in the thread, in front of everyone, with what the answer cost printed underneath it.

The projects list, each with its owner and current state

Projects

Projects that keep their own memory

Every project holds its own decisions, risks and open threads. Nothing lives in one person's chat history, so the context survives a handover, a holiday, or the person who set it up leaving.

The company file library with per-file access

Files

Your files become company memory

Drop in a BOQ, a WhatsApp export, a snag list. TGOI reads it once and answers from it forever, instead of you re-uploading the same document into a fresh chat every week. It writes them back out too, as real files you download.

File access and permissions, scoped per file

Permissions

Scoped before it's shared

Every file is private, org-wide or restricted. Retrieval obeys those walls, so an answer never quotes a document the person asking was never allowed to open.

Mentions addressed to you, gathered in one list

Mentions

Everything addressed to you, in one list

Every @mention across chats, projects and meetings lands in one place, so what actually needs you stays separate from what merely happened.

The team, with departments, roles and credit usage

People

The whole office, and what it costs

Departments, roles, access and seat usage on one screen. You can finally see who is actually using the AI you are paying for, per person, in credits and rupees.

Spend

A bill you can actually read

Total spend, cost per answer, and what routing saved you, daily and per person. Most offices see 30%+ off simply because cheap questions stop going to expensive models.

FAQ

The real objections

We already pay for ChatGPT. Why add another subscription?

You are not adding one, you are replacing several. Most offices are already paying for ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity separately, per person, and not one of those subscriptions knows what the others were told. TGOI runs the same frontier models behind a single seat price and puts your files and projects underneath them, so the thing answering you already knows the job.

Who can see our files once they are in?

Only the people who could see them already. Every file is private, org-wide, or restricted to named people, and retrieval obeys those walls. An answer will never quote a document the person asking was not allowed to open, because the permission check happens before the model is ever shown the text, not after.

How do we know it is not making things up?

Because every answer carries its sources. TGOI answers from your uploaded files and your project history, and shows which document and which passage it drew on, so you can open it and check. Where it has nothing to ground an answer in, it says so instead of filling the gap.

What does it cost, and what stops the bill running away?

$30 per seat per year, roughly ₹2,880, after a free trial — and no per-question surcharge on top. TGOI routes simple work to cheap models and saves the expensive ones for questions that need them, then prints the cost of every answer, per person and per model. Spend becomes something you read as it happens rather than something that arrives at the end of the month.

What happens to everything we taught it when someone leaves?

It stays. Projects hold their own decisions, risks and open threads, so the knowledge sits in the project rather than in one person's chat history. A handover, a holiday or a resignation does not walk out with the context.

Does it only answer questions, or does it produce real work?

It produces. Ask for a report, an email, a comparison or a spreadsheet and you get a finished file you can download — built from your own documents rather than from a blank page and a good guess.

How long before the office is actually using it?

Same day. You create the workspace, invite the team by email, and drop in a handful of real files — a BOQ, a WhatsApp export, a snag list. TGOI reads them once and answers from them from then on, so nobody is re-uploading the same document into a fresh chat every week.

Which models are we actually getting?

The frontier ones, and you are not tied to a single vendor's roadmap. Routing sits between your office and the model layer, so when something better or cheaper lands, the office gets it without anyone changing how they work or reopening a contract.
