TGOI
Terms of Service
Last updated: July 12, 2026
Service description
TGOI is an office AI workspace for asking questions over company context, uploading and retrieving business documents, maintaining memory and project records, generating documents and spreadsheets, managing team access, and tracking AI usage and credit spend.
The service may use third-party AI and infrastructure providers, including OpenRouter, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Cohere, Tavily, Supabase, Vercel, and payment processors, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Accounts and workspace access
Users must provide accurate account information and keep login credentials secure. Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for inviting users, assigning roles, controlling organization/team/project visibility, removing users who should no longer have access, and ensuring uploaded data may lawfully be processed in TGOI.
Trial, subscriptions, and credits
TGOI currently offers a free trial with trial credits. The current code configuration grants 2,000 trial credits to the organization wallet and allows limited trial teammate invites. Trial credits are promotional and have no cash value.
The intended paid plan is USD 30 per seat per year, plus optional credit top-ups. One credit is mapped to USD 0.001 for usage metering. INR prices may be calculated using the current USD-INR exchange rate shown at purchase. Payment capture is integrated only when a real payment provider such as Razorpay is enabled and verified.
Pricing, taxes, and included features may change. Any specific purchase screen, invoice, signed order form, or written agreement with the operator controls over general marketing copy.
Acceptable use
You must not use TGOI to:
- Upload or process data you do not have the right to use.
- Break laws, infringe intellectual property, violate privacy rights, or bypass security controls.
- Attempt to access another organization's workspace, data, files, chats, projects, wallet, or billing records.
- Abuse the service through scraping, excessive automation, denial-of-service activity, malware, spam, or credential attacks.
- Use AI output as the sole basis for legal, medical, financial, tax, investment, hiring, safety, or other high-impact decisions without qualified human review.
AI outputs and no professional advice
TGOI uses AI models and retrieval systems. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, offensive, or unsuitable for your use case. Generated business, financial, tax, legal, operational, or strategic content is not professional advice.
You are responsible for reviewing outputs, checking sources, validating calculations, and deciding whether to rely on, send, file, publish, or act on any answer, document, spreadsheet, recommendation, or suggested action.
Customer content and permissions
You retain ownership of the content you upload or create. You grant TGOI permission to host, process, transmit, index, embed, retrieve, display, and generate outputs from that content as needed to provide the service, enforce access controls, meter usage, and support the workspace.
Payments, refunds, and cancellation
Payments, refunds, subscription cancellation, and credit top-up treatment are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Service changes, suspension, and termination
We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features where needed for security, reliability, compliance, provider availability, non-payment, abuse prevention, or business reasons.
